I had people over last week I served -

warm chevré and roasted red pepper marmelade on baguette slices along with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for appetizer

Main courses were Coq au vin, green beans with walnuts and lemon, and fresh baked Brioche

Desert was nectarines sautéed in butter, brown sugar and creme di cassis with maple mousse and a small wedge of a cinnamon oatmeal tuille cookie

Served with a nice pinot grigio for appetizers, a few reds for the main meal and orange Muscat with desert

It was pretty tasty.
