No. We need all of those, especially pennies for having to pay money, like for $4.12 cents. How would you pay for that if there was no pennies, dimes, and nickles and you end up losing money because you don't receive any pennies, dimes, or nickels.

They should get rid of the paper dollar and just use a dollar coin, instead of the smaller coins

obviously not... what the hell would we do when we bought something... we will always have tax and that makes it impossible for us to get rid of smaller dominations than the dollar because when you buy something you have to pay an extra 6% of the total...

No, it would invariably lead to higher prices which would disproportionately impact the poor who are in enough trouble as it is.
