just save the picture to your computer. Then in your settings on your account go to avatar and click upload picture (or something similar), navigate to the file and upload and

VOILA!

I think you must first make it your Yahoo 360 avatar in order to use it here... Otherwise you're stuck with Yahoo's toon variety.
