Are you sure you aren't confusing it w/the the movie, A Christmas Story? It was from the 80's and there is a scene where the mother opens a cabinet under the sink and her youngest son is sitting in it, he says "daddy's gonna kill ralphie", ralphie being his brother who had gotten in a fist fight that day. That's all I can think of where there is a little boy in a kitchen cabinet.
oh, and the little boys name was Randy.
