like someone mentioned limewire is good. but depending on the station, u can watch episodes for free. for example, the other day i saw prison break on www.fox.com/streaming. it was free and complete. so it all depends on what u wanna see.

Limewire lets me download TV episodes. I've downloaded a lot of movies too. It's also totally free, unless you want to upgrade.
