I used to teach Textiles Tech. The rules are the same as other classrooms (be quiet when teach is talking, be considerate, follow classroom procedure when entering and leaving the classroom etc), but there are certain others, mainly relating to health and safety. This involves only one person being at a sewing machine at any time, care when using the iron, scissors, sharp implements etc. They also involve being sensible, paying particular attention to your teacher (in a hazardous environment it makes sense to listen very carefully!), and not sewing your fingers together with the sewing machine! Your text book should have a list of all rules that pertain to Textiles Tech and your school will have a list of its own.

do not run around with sissors and bags should be tucked away under the tables so no one can trip on then.
Also you need to always put your hand up if you need help.
You need to keep long hair tied bac and you need to always make sure that your school tie is tucked into your apron for safty.
also tuck in your shirt.
