""You are lucky the times have changed.....disrespecting the President of the United States??? You do not deserve to live in America!!! ""
So because I don't support a war mongering tyrant...I don't deserve to live here. How is mentioning a mans alcoholism and cocaine problem disrespect? If anything I feel disrespect from him because he hasn't been honest about a damm thing since he left Yale.

Do some research on your own before calling out someone for proof. He's admitted it himself. After the "media" decided to let us view the unobstructed truth. I respect no man that has no integrity.

In order to respect a president, that president should first deserve his respect. With Bush, this is clearly not the case. He's an arrogant son of a ***** who should be thrown out of the white house. I can't believe he got re-elected for his second term. Americans should unite against Bush. How can a developed country like America, a world power at that, accept the rule of a tyrant?
America should not abuse its world power position. the answerer before me shows that in the past and up to this day, America has only used that power to engage in warfare. The US should stop being so arrogant and become a part of this world, instead of trying to shape the world to their image. If the US wants to be respected for its values instead of being feared for its power, they should show that they respect the rest of the world inhabitants as well, and that they care about our planet. For starters, they could accept the Kyoto protocol...

You need to be careful throwing around the "warmonger" monicker.
Woodrow Wilson, President when we got into WW1.
Franklin Roosevelt, President when we got into WW2.
Harry Truman, President when we got into the Korean War.
Lyndon Johnson, President when things got hot and heavy in VietNam.
What do they share in common? They were all liberal Democrats.
What was the prevailing party in the North when the Civil War started? Republican
What was the prevailing party in the South when the Civil War started? Democrat.
Who seceded from the Union and declared war? The south.
Who was the president? Abraham Lincoln. A Republican.
Who was president of the Confederacy? Jefferson Davis. A Democrat.
So, be careful when tossing out the word "warmonger".
In so far as his alcoholism and cocaine use. Neither have been concretely documented. But if it is so, he did need to be chided for that.

They didn't say anything about supporting the President. They said Disrespecting the President.
Agree or not the office of the Presiden still deserves respect.
Not support or agreement RESPECT
If you do not respect America's way of life then maybe you don't deserve to live here.

first to Albannach, Republicans and Democrats don't necessarily mean they stand for the same issues as they did back during the CIVIL WAR!
2nd, we are allowed to voice our opinions about any and all presidents! I say Bush is an idiot. If you say disliking my president means disliking my country, then you are just pathetic. I love my country and dislike my leaders.
Weren't most of you Republicans against Clinton? Shouldn't you have moved when he was in office then? Geez, according to your logic I guess you hate America too.

Grow up. This is not a rant. I agree with you in principle, but you need to lay out intelligent questions and include facts. Ted Kennedy is an awful drunk who has murdered people through his own negligence. He still has served for 40 years in government.
Just as Clinton wasn't perfect, Bush isn't all bad. He has increased entitlement programs more than any President in history in dollars and more than all except FDR in principle.
That said our next President will be better!

Don't you mean since he left Harvard? He started his education at Yale. Well anyway. Respect the Office of the President be it a Republican or Democrat. To not do so is Un-American.

Get used to it on this site, my friend. I thought this site was a great place to exchange thoughts and ideas until I began to read all the bigotted, racist comments people make if they don't agree with your response. You recieved a typical response for speaking your mind. Heck, I was reported for telling a guy that had over 30 spelling errors in his question to get an education. If you really want to participate, find a category that appeals to you and stay away from ones where all you get is hate.
