I'm glad I don't work for this company any more. One of my ex-co-employees mentioned that the CEO had hidden motion sensor operated cameras distributed throughout the company. This guy was a control freak, and his personality leads me to beleive that he might have secretly monitored us. Does an employeer need to notify employees that monitor cameras exist? It just feels very uncomfortable to think that that this guy was monitoring us.

I looked through the California Labor Codes and didnt find anything pertaining to video cameras. But I would assume that any employer cannot secretly videotape his/her employees. That is something that should be common knowledge to employees.
