A Lions assistant coach was recently arrested for two separate incidents of DUI, in one of them he was also charged with obscene conduct because he was nude.
But why is that obscene? If I'm driving my car nude, you can't see my privates. You can only see from the chest up. Is it against the law to drive topless?

It may be hard to believe but not everyone wants to see you nude, even if it's from your chest up
