Why do most guys feel like they must have more than one girlfriend? Why do guys feel like living a double life is O.K.

it's either the excitement of it all or because the guy really doesn't like you. some people say that women do the same. this must come from human nature's phenomenon of never being satisfied with what you have. you will always want a bigger house, a nicer car, more money, better friends, etc...
if you encounter anyone who really thinks living a double life is okay, the best thing to do is just move on if you determine that living a double life is destroying value for you. if, for some reason, living a double life creates value for you, then keep that person around...

It's hard for guys to be faithful by your definition, but not necessarily by theirs.
Men have evolved to desire multiple mates and no amount of being told or coerced will ever change this. You can't fit a square peg in a round hole. Stop trying.
Instead, go for this: Clever men also want families and stability. They don't want kids by lots of different women. They want a family life and to come home at night to their kids and the same loving and supportive woman. But they want to do the chicas. As long as they are sensible enough not to do it publicly, not to shove it in your face and most important of all, not to allow it to interfere with their duty and responsibility to their family, there's no problem. They don't consider it being unfaithful because to men, sex and love are not inextricably linked. You shouldn't consider it being unfaithful either.
It is the fact that women turn it into a big deal that results in the break-up of perfectly good relationships which would in all likelihood otherwise have continued to be successful, stable and until death do them part. The resulting emotional, social and financial carnage does no-one any favours, least of all the children.
It's defying nature and ultimately futile to think men should be sexually faithful.
Finally, this is of course a generalisation and all sorts of caveats, external confounders and special circumstances can apply. Bottom line - find a smart guy who will want what you have to offer and then be smart yourself.

Because there are idiotic women out there that make them think it's OK by just dealing with it and taking them back every time they cheat! Women need to stop settling for these dumb asses that treat them like crap by being with 3, 3, 4, women at a time. Some women are stupid enough that they put themselves in these situations by dating/sleeping with a guy when they know he has a girlfriend/wife.

men think with the wrong head ok some of them do. there are some men who are faithful no matter what but they are there. because they have what they chased after you and now since they got you they dont try in the relationship as hard so the new ness is fading so they have to go out and cheat but gilrs do the same thing to SEE A MAN IS A MAN WHEN HE TREATS A GIRL LIKE A LADY BUTA MAN OR WOMAN WHO CHEATS IS NOTHING BECAUSE THEY THINK PEOPLE DONT HAVE FEELING TO ANY THING

I hate guys. That why i am a lesbian. But, let me tell you something i have come to realize from personal experience - - females cheat just as much as guys do. Its happened to me more times to count on Both hands.

Cuz they think with the brain in their pants. That little monster ruins everything. You just need to weed out these guys and don't waste your time with them. Stop seeing them before you fall for them. Good Luck!

They suffer from superiority complex. Their physical strength and social position makes them think of being unfaithful.

Good question, I want to know too. I think it is because they can. Also, they don't want to put all their eggs in one basket - in more ways than one!
