I set 2 alarm clocks for multiple alarms. Even set the TV to come on full blast volume. Nothing wakes me up. I am chronically late. Help! Before I invenst in more electronic devices, maybe someone can share ideas of what has worked for them.

- Go to Bed early
- seek medical advice
- Never take any sleeping drugs in your life... (Lunesta, Tylenol PM) etc

I have a few ideas, but if a loud TV doesn't work, I don't know that these will help either.

1 - Try drinking a lot of water right before bed. Maybe the urge to urinate will wake you.

2 - Buy a timer for the lights in your bedroom and have one come on right in your face.

There is also a device you can buy that will shake your pillow or bed as an alarm clock. A quick search led me to the site below, but I have no knowledge of whether or not this kind of thing works well.

Honestly, you should see a doctor. You may have sleep apnea or some other disorder that is easily remedied.

I have the same problem!! It's really bad when i'm always late. But luckily i have my mom to also help me wake up in the morning. But, this might help. I used to use my cell phone and put it right next to my face. And i would put it on vibrate and ringer. So it would wake me up. And it worked...and then i lost my cell phone. And now my new one doesn't seem to work that well. But you can try it with yours, it's probably different than mine. It might help. So TRY IT! =D

You may want to drink water before going to bed. Also try SecureAwake from http://snoozester.com it calls you until you pick up and press 1

you can put your clocks in the house ahead so that when you wake up at say 7, its really 6 and you're early for whatever it is.
