"N" this is a good question! in southern California , there is a Starbucks on every corner in any big city! What happened? because only three years ago they we're really friendly, now it's horrible to the point i don't even go there anymore in Cali .now in my little town in upstate NY. there is only two Starbucks in the whole county. one in a mall and one in the city. and they are so friendly and they actually enjoy working there . i seen that with crispy cream donuts i don't trade there, but they Also lost that Small city or town hospitality and Great customer service. Maybe two big to fast. everything starts at the top and if the top are Getting all of it. then the rest are not. i always was A mom and pops kind of guy.

They get botox so the customers don't realize that there's better coffee out there...
