The do all that others have said and they also help uninformed and immature children have abortions without consent of their parents or them ever knowing. Usually funded by tax dollars as in they use it as a write off on their taxes.
I don't know what kind of Catholic school you go to but mine had health, child development and family living skills. All talked about sex.
Good Luck to you and talk to your parents. Your decision will forever affect you for the rest of your life.

Planned Parenthood can't help you unless you want a pregnancy test or an abortion. Call your local health department if you live in the US. They will give you a pregnancy test, and help you get insurance if you need it, so you can get prenatal care at no cost.

"Planned Parenthood health centers offer high-quality sexual and reproductive health care, including family planning, gynecological care, STI/STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, and abortion services."

They work on a sliding scale, giving teens and poor women free or cheap services, including pap smears and birth control.
