If she's got the disease of alcoholism, no amount of money in the world will fix it, nor will she be able to get over this alone. Nearly all alcoholics need assistance to overcome it. Many try to control it on their own, but it is nearly impossible. It must be hard tor a celebrity with alcoholism and other addictions to stay off of addictive substances for their life is so geared around the party scene. I have heard of alcoholism causing people to honestly think they can drive when they are intoxicated. I never heard of alcohol causing people to get racist ideas though.

It's disgusting when anyone drives drunk, regardless of how much wealth they have.
However, Paris Hilton is a "celebrity", and when you're a person that others admire and emulate, you should probably consider the message your actions send to those who do admire you.
Being a bad influence is always disgusting.

I agree. in accordance to the information, Paris became utilising DUI with out a license. A threat to threat free pedestrians and motorists alike. She is known because her mom and father are very wealthy, although, she isn't conventional for being an eminent and illustrious ambassador paving the way , establishing new roads, attaining new aims, for youthful toddlers to emulate. Her repute is disgraceful. keep in techniques, your call is your repute.

Well regardless of how much money she has it is still totally irresponsible for ANYONE to drive drunk. Most people can afford a cab... and if you cannot then find a DD and if you cannot find a DD then drink at home. People should have a plan before they go out drinking.

I wish I had all her money. But seriously, I agree with you. Any person with common sense should know that if they are unfit to drive they either need to get a sober friend to drive, call a taxi, or in Paris' case, her driver, bodyguard, or any person delegated to that task. People make mistakes. This is proof that Paris is just a twit.

I think that when some people have that much money and power, their brain operates a little differently than most and not for the better.
All she knows is that she is HOT! and no one else matters or should get in the way of her having fun and being HOT.

I think it is more disgusting that we, the American public, care enough to have this conversation. Who cares whether or not one rich person with little intrinsic value decides to be immature? It is our attention that gives her value. If you don’t like her then stop buying tabloids with her face on it. Stop watching movies, videos and TV shows that feature the over publicized debutante. That will never happen, and in fact I have wasted five minutes of my life writing this response.

Surely sucks mate! I know of a movie star who drove drunk and ran over a couple of beggars sleeping on pavement.. wasn't charged with murder and is still allowed to drive. Have money, will drive drunk!

According to the article that I read, she was barely over the legal limit, which is .08. That means that she only had one or two drinks. So all of you people that are bashing Paris have never driven after one drink? I seriously doubt that.
