No one - Iodine is a chemical element in the periodic table that has the symbol I and atomic number 53. It is required as a trace element for most living organisms. Chemically, iodine is the least reactive of the halogens, and the most electropositive halogen after astatine. Iodine is primarily used in medicine, photography and in dyes. Iodine occurs in the environment chiefly as dissolved iodide in seawater, though it is also found in some minerals and soils. Iodine was discovered by Barnard Courtois in 1811.
