Baby Boomers introduced drugs into our mainstream society during the 60's. They pissed on our soldiers when they came home from Vietnam. They took prayer out of schools in 1962 and took the 10 Commandments out of public buildings, and are still whining that there is too much God in our society. They brought open homosexuality into mainstream public life. Callling for the legalization of marijuana. They protest any conservative cause. They have demoralized our nation and are going as far as having sex with an intern in the Oval Office. I believe the Baby Boomers have significantly contributed to the decline of this once great nation we call America.

loveblue - Sound like a typical whiney Boomer to me. Thanks for the unsolicited support to my claim by you answering the way you did.

I am a Baby Boomer and I hate to admit it, but I have to agree with you. There are a few of us who clung to traditional values, but most Baby Boomers were and are a bunch of spoiled brats.

The decline is all about the enforced stupidity of America...the voluntary confinement into psychic prisions...black people thinking they have to be mush-mouthed, baggy pant wearing drop-outs, white people with no goals in life other than to make money and get laid, illegal aliens flooding over our borders, who make no effort to become "Americanized," public schools that teach mediocrity as a virtue...shall I go on? When did FAILURE BECOME AN OPTION?

Quite the contrary - I think the Baby Boomer generation is likely to be the ones who save the planet. They tend to be creative, open-minded, contemporary, progressive, and educated. And there are a LOT of them. They just might be able to provide the critical mass needed to evolve the collective consciousness of humanity out of a culture of war to one of peace.

What a f*cking stereotype! I'm a baby boomer and nothing about your post fits who I am as a person.

THANK you, Mr. Self-Righteous, but your narrow-minded, stereotyping rant is pretty annoying. "...contributed to the decline of this once great nation we call America...?" Oh, please - get over yourself!!!
