You need to install some problems cush as chinese star xp or etc in your computer before you can type chinese words.

There are a fe w different way of typing chinese words;

ie: type in the HanYuPinYIng
type in using chinese shorthand which is using the stroke
type in using the short form of hanyupinyin, such as zhen zuo can be zz and search for the right word you want

I think they use pinyin...you type in the english prounounciation of a character on a keyboard and a list of characters appear on sceen. Since many Chinese characters share the same pronouncations with other characters, you have to choose the right one.

There are a special set of many character fonts used to wright Chinese. Learning how to use them is very difficult. Next to the English language, Chinese has to be the most difficult. I don't think any one can answer your question in this forum due to the extensive amount of information that needs to be relayed to teach you how to wright in Chinese.

Use a Chinese keyboard. Any country that uses characters has a special keyboard with characters versus letters on it.

we use the hanyu pinyin system.

for example
in english word, when we want to say "yes", we type "yes" and for chinese word, the hanyu pinyin for "yes" is "shi", so we type "shi"

then all the chinese words bearing the same hanyu pinyu (ie, shi) will pop up so you get to choose 1, 2, 3, 4 etc to select the right word. cos "shi" can mean "yes", can mean "matter" etc.

sorry i am not good at explaining but hope you can the drift.
