Blame Yahoo! Answers. They let you ask 5 stinking questions and you lose 5 points on every one of them. There should be a limit of say...10. On the other hand they let you answer about 10, isn't it? Total rubbish, if you ask me. How do some guys get to level 6? Bet they know someone in Yahoo!

You can answer more questions once you go up a level, it gives you a sense of achievement something to strive for.

Because you have to work yourself up to that level.
Each level has a different amount of questions you can answer.
