Hairspray for the clothes, the cheap kind works best (don't ask me why) but for the doll, use Oxy10 (the zit cream) put it on and put the doll out in the sun. It will take a few days, maybe a week, but it will fade. It's best to reapply the Oxy10 every day. Don't use nail polish remover on the doll...been there, done that. Not a good idea!

It sounds really funny but spray hair spray on the ink (for both the doll's face and the clothes) and rub. Just keep repeating until the ink is gone. Works best for ball point ink.

take your clothes to a dry cleaner an the dolls face use a magic eraser made by MR. CLEAN those things are magic.they are good to have with kids around they will take crayon off walls an some permanent markers

not sure about clothes, but i think i heard one time that you could use milk to get ink off of a plactic doll face...could be wrong, but seems right.

first drown the doll or cloth in water. the will suffocate and die. then scrub them to make them bleed. then dry and bury the corpse.

you can try fingernail polish remover (acetone) but use only a little & see what the chemical does to the material.
