This is what I got that might be what you're looking for at imdb.com by looking for plots with girl who lives in a moon:

This is the only one I thought came close to what you are asking for:
"Celeste" (1991)
Celeste is a poor girl living with her mother Lucia. Lusia has cancer, and although she tries to hide it from Celeste, Celeste discovers it! Celeste works in a plant nursery, and one day, while transfering plants, she met Franco, whose car got stuck and he needed help. She helps him and he invites her to coffee. As they talk Franco tells Celeste the legend about the sun and moon (In Spanish Sol y Luna): St. Franciscus once gave all he had to 'Brothers sun and Sisters moon', he thought that names have no importance and therefore he called the men Sol and the women Luna. After telling her the legend, Franco asks her what's her name and she answers: Luna. Without knowing each other's names, they set to meet in the same place tomorrow. Meanwhile Lusia gets worse and she's dying... Franco and Celeste continue to meat and they plant a tree together. They swear that as long as it lives, they will love each other. They set to meat the next day and tell their names... In that same night Lusia dies in Celeste's arms.. While Celeste was mourning in her house, Franco thought Celeste played a joke on him and he pulled the tree out... Aida, Lusia's best friend offers Celeste to move and live with her in order to leave the house, which was so full of memories. With a small number of personal things, Celeste comes into the castle of the Visconti family (Actually it's Ferrero, but all the family's fortune comes from the mistress side) The mistress, Teresa, who needed a new maid, thought that Aida brought her a new maid and she sends Celeste to wear uniforms. She was so manipulative, that neither Celeste, nor Aida could tell her she was wrong... Celeste became the maid then, and almost everyone dislike her. Teresa, is a very cold woman and she treats her badly, Enzo, Teresa's son, is 'attracted' to Celeste and he tries to rape her many times. Rita, the daughter likes Celeste and they become friends. Celica, the matron is practically a witch and she also treats her badly. Only with Leandro, Teresa's husband (who is also Aida's brother) Celeste was able to create a kind relationship and they like each other. Then comes the last member of the family. After a few days the twin brother of Enzo comes back home and Celeste finds out he's no other than Franco... At first they are both angry at each other, but then they recocilliate and they fall in love with each other.

Unless this is what you meant:
"The Miraculous Mellops" (1991)
On the moon, the moonlings are all intelligent children and all answer to the Grand Baby, the ruler of them all. But the Grand Baby is dying, so a shooting star is set to Earth to call upon the next Grand Baby. The shooting star lands in a family home causing various pieces of household items to inherit super powers. Two moonlings come to earth to help the kids put all items together and discover who the next Grand Baby is. The only thing standing in there way is a pesky interfering neighbour with the surname Dump.
OR:
"The Miraculous Mellops 2" (1992)
The garden shop is having a reopening party and the kids decide to send a fax to the moonlings but when they get the number wrong they accidentally contact a race of aliens called Yucks who fly to planets and eat everything on them. Assisted by a young girl who lives in a black hole, and a window which can travel anywhere with a phone number. But as usual, Dump is still around to cause more mischevious.

ok, i'm no longer into vampires, in any respect. the surely vampires i love are "The lost Boys" with Kiefer Sutherland. Vampires basically look really tacky to me. I did watch "Twilight" surely because my sister needed me to. i could not even watch all of it. It replaced into boring, Kristen Stewart OVER-acts to the point that it truly is basically really obtrusive that she is appearing. it truly is meant to seem organic & actual. Too many unnecessary close-united statesand angles that basically made it look very poorly directed. I have not examine the e book because I even haven't any interest in it. i'd not bypass & see New Moon. As i replaced into pointing out all of those obtrusive screw-united statesand un-mandatory scenes contained in the action picture, my sister began to know how undesirable it replaced into besides. people surely delight in the action picture because of Taylor Lautner & Robert Pattinson. I do like Taylor Lautner, he appears like a sturdy fellow. yet, something else of the forged is so-so. & i imagine the plot is amazingly...dumb. Vampire falls in love with mortal. Whoopie. it truly is like a really lame drama movie.
