A circular path around a lake has a diameter of 3,500 feet (ft). Pranotti jogs around the path 5 times for her morning run. How far does she run? Use 3.14 for radius and round your answer to the nearest foot.

1) an hour is 60 minutes. so:
3/5 * 60 = 36 minutes
1/2 * 60 = 30 min
3/4 * 60 = 45 min

or 1 hour and 51 minutes! :)
2) u need the formula for circumference.. is it 2*pi*r, or pi*d?
if so, 3500*3.14 = 10,990 ft * 5 laps = 54,950 ft

1.total time=3/5+1/2+3/4 hrs
=12/20+10/20+15/20=37/20=1hrs and 51 min
2.3.14*3500*5=17500*3.14 ft.=54950 ft

3/5*60 min=36min
1/2*60min=30min
3/4*60min=45min
total=36+30+45=111 min=1 hour and 51 min
