they took the land of palestine and did not give it back. if someone takes ur home would u fight for it back? so palestine is only just doing that.. fighting for its land to be returned. if they(israel) give it back then their is no problem? what do u think?

No. it is a problem and if america would just stop supporting Isreal and say hang on this is wrong, there would be a very quick solution.

There's so much more to it than the land issue. Palestinians have no quality of life what so ever. Everyday is like waking up in the middle of a big pile of sh*t. You wonder if today your house is going to be bombed and you and your family is going to die. Every time a child in a smaller community needs to go to school they must pass checkpoints as the regular rout to school is blocked by a very big wall. The economy has all but collapsed. Health workers, teachers, police and other public service employees are not getting paid because Israel will not pay the Palestinian government the taxes and duties.
Its ironic that when the Palestinian people do things the democratic way and elect a government by popular vote nearly all the of the newly elected officials are banged up in an Israeli jail somewhere.
And to top it all of Israel bombs the ONLY power station in Gaza.
Please someone tell me how a 2-state solution will ever be realised when every time the Palestinians make a little progress an Israeli war plane with American bombs blows it up.
In my opinion Israel has created this environmental, political, humanitarian catastrophe and i will have no sympathy when Israel crumbles.

I think the 750,000 Jews who were forcibly thrown out of Arab countries in 1948 should fight for their homes.
I think the Holocaust victims who miraculously survived should be given back their homes in Europe. Unfortunately, many were killed when they returned to their homes; hence, the need for a home for Jews where they wouldn't be persecuted.
In 1923, about 75% of Palestine was made into an Arab nation. That land is now called Jordan.
I think the Jews should be more assertive and insist that the Arabs give back what they stole.

Israel is terrorist state supported by the west mainly USA. The USA is run by the Jewish lobby in the congress. I got nothing against the believe itself. The story of the land belongs to the Jews is rubbish. This means all Muslims should live in Mecca and all Catholics should live in the Vatican. Israel has created 6 wars in 50 years, hundred thousands Arabs were killed. Israel gave itself the right to kill, kidnap, destroy any house, take any piece of land, invade any country... The history of this EVIL state is full of horror, they can get away with anything as the western governments are cowards, bias and apply double standards.

I don't think the problem could be so easily solved. I agree with you totally that Israel is wrong, and as near a Terrorist state as makes no difference. But think of all the hatred and resentment that has accumulated on both sides.... Violence and hate eengender violence and hate, hardly anybody on either side seems to see that.

What do you think would happen if Israel did nothing? Palestine would keep on disputing more and more territory. Palestine, isn't even an official country.

Israel should be allowed to protect herself from attack, but she really dropped the hammer on Lebanon.
If Lebanon had taken care of the militant group Hezbollah, none of this would have happened. But Israel has no concern for non-Jews. There is something wrong with that.

Israel is in a very difficult position as it is surrounded by many countries who would prefer it to be wiped off the world map. Do you honestly believe that if the Palestinians got "their" land back everyone would be happy and live in peace? Dream on.
