I'm from Ireland and yeah, I'm well p!ssed off. I have a 360 and as more good games are released I'm beginning to come out on this, I'm leaning more towards microsoft. This must be the third time they've delayed it. Goobye Sony, I've lost faith in you.
I'm gonna try and get Dead Rising tomorrow.

I'm not angry. I don't want to buy any of the next-gen consoles at launch. I want to wait until the dust has settled, loads more games are out and prices have dropped.
It's perhaps a bad move for Sony as they won't make a Christmas release in Europe. But they've still got the rest of the world to sell them in and I guess it will mean hardware shortages are less likely elsewhere. Unfortunately it does give Microsoft a chance to increase their foothold.
I wouldn't have got a PS3 at Christmas anyway - they're going to be so expensive on launch that I personally couldn't afford to buy myself one and no one else would get me one! By next Christmas the price will have dropped and there'll be no chance of shortages.
If you want a new console this Christmas - get a Wii with Zelda!

Very angry I love playing on playsation and although i couldnt afford it when i comes out yeah i'm really angry. I began playing first playstation when i was about 9 years old and from then on i was transfixed. Such brilliant games have been out. Loved all resident evil ones. What would life be like without playstation?! They should bring it out a lot sooner instead of pushing the date forward all the time and letting US and Japan have it first. Thats not fair!

I think that at this point, I am not going to be purchasing a ps3. I feel the price tag is too high for a machine that at this point has nothing to offer but rumors.

I'm pretty sure the launch is going to die. Now they're two Christmases behind the Xbox360 and $100 over the price. PS3 is going to be the new Dreamcast.

the european market isn't as important to sony as the Japanese and US markets. dOesn't surprise me at all. Sony seem to have really messed up with the PS3, if it's not passing it off as something other than a games consol, it's putting blu-ray in and then finding they don't have enough diodes.... what will go wrong, has.
