honestly inner beauty is seen first depends on how the person uses their words and how they talk and act in front of that persont that is meeting them. then outer beauty comes next. B/c if you think about it.....if you are getting to know that person or want to get to know that person you would want to judge them for their inner beauty instead of outer beauty. Ex.-if you judge their out beauty and they are a bomb shell then they can be a total ***** or asshole. But if you judge their inner beauty, then they are a very beautiful person.
basically you can be a bombshell but be very ugly inside. Would you want that? Or you can be very beautiful on the inside and not look good on the outside. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Remember that.

Outer beauty is what attracts you to the person and inner is what keeps you with them or not. If a person is really good-looking and their personality sucks then they're the ugliest person in the world. But, on the other hand if someone is decent looking and has a killer personality then there is no one more beautiful.

Outer beauty is always seen first, unless you are chatting with someone on the phone or the internet before ever seeing them :)

Your question asked which is "seen" first so outter appearance is seen first. If your first encounter with an individual is via a phone call though, then inner beauty would have a chance to shine through first.

outter of course.. the inner comes later...
that's why first impressions are so very important.
that's why most cases of friendship, mates.. married couples.. end in breakups after a period of time. some let their guard down later and it doesn't turn out nice.
you get to see the person's true side when time is a factor and privacy so on. some put on a big front then rip it down...
i like the one's who don't put on a big front, who are themselves up front instead. so i can see who they are immediately instead of having to wait for all the sugar coating to melt away.
