From what I can see from the parts book, the output shaft is in an eccentric housing. Loosen any clamps holding the housing and turn it to tighten / loosen the chain. For chain slack specs, you'll have to buy a shop manual. Any person that does work on their own vehicles MUST have a manual. It's a good investment.
