Yes, I am appalled by the bad spelling, punctuation & grammer. Though we have to accept that many people using the forum don't have English as their first language. I think that the use of texting is ruining proper spelling. The Soaps on TV also often feature characters who can't string two sentences together corretly & dreadful accents. In schools now the emphasis seems to be on 'creative expression' rather than following the rules of correct English usage. Shakespeare & all the other writers who gave us such a rich language must be turning in their graves!

No, this isn't a revision site for people taking English exams. You do seem overly concerned about some strangers written English, perhaps you should talk to someone about this and get some help. (by the way "gob smacked" is one word)

Yes! Use the spell check. And the extremely poor grammer is very annoying as well. How hard is it to form a sentence and spell the words correctly?

I am. It's amusing to me that many of the answers said to use the spell check. We can use it, but it won't no the difference between close and clothes or ware and wear. Apparently the you sirs won't know the difference either.

It's like a person who drives, and never uses the turn signal. They must think that spell check is an option...

i agree, some of the spelling and grammer is so bad you don't actually know what the question is.
the spell check would be no good as some of it so bad you wouldn't get nearest match
