My bf broke up with me last week...so he told me not to call e-mail or txt him...i said ok....i have been itching to call him ever since but i refused to give in because i know i didn't do anything wrong and i know i could do better....this morning b4 leaving my house he sent me a txt msg saying he misses me...what gives

He broke up with me because he says i'm stubborn, i dont listen and i do whatever i want...i have let him know many times why i'm upset..he doesn't spend enough time with me so when he feels he has time with me that's when i make other arrangements..

Sometimes it does.
Other times people experience great relief that it's gone.
Since he obviously misses you, let him keep on missing you and don't be available right away when the week is up. Make him wait a couple more days so he doesn't think he has the upper hand and can tell you to come and go whenever he wants.

It can. Once there is a break-up though things, for me at least, never went back to being the same. If you know that you could do better, why are you even contimplating anything this guy has to say??? Move on. If he was dumb enough to break up with you in the first place, esp. for no reason (even though there has to be a reason) then forget him as he has you. A text message wouldn't be enough to get me back, that's for sure.

You won't know what's going on with him unless you ask. The question is, why would you care? You say that he broke up you for now good reason and that you could do better. It would seem that you don't have a real desire to re-connect with this guy so don't.

Be careful! It may be that he does miss you and regrets breaking up with you. It's also possible that he had another girl he was pursuing and that could make things complicated. If you still want to get back with him, then insist he open up about why you broke up and what changed his mind. And, trust your instincts--if you feel like you're getting played, you probably are!

Usually it just ends the relationship for a little bit, then you'll get back together again for a month or three and then you'll break-up again and it won't be nearly as bad as the first time and you'll be able to walk away.

Personally, I think the lets take some time off is crap! Usually it means there letting you down easy. My opinion though
He misses you can mean anything, it could mean just that he misses you or it could mean he wants sex
