in a 24 hour period how much time are you really happy...........and what could be done to increase your happiness

Happiness lies within us. I am happy most of the time because I choose to be. I am a recovering addict with 2 1/2 years clean and any day that I am not using drugs is a miracle and I find great happiness in that! Living the life I led for so long cannot even compare to what I have now! I have such a wonderfull appreciation for life and all that it has to offer. Granted I've made many mistakes but learned from them all. I wouldn't change a thing because what I have been through has made me who I am today and I am happy today, truly happy with who I am, what I've become and what i've yet to expreience! There will be good and bad in the future and I look forward to it all!
Life is good one day at a time!

Out of a 24 hr period I would say I am happy... well all 24 hrs... I have a wonderful husband and son, I am perfectly happy

Yes I would have to say that I am truly happy in my life right now. I have been pretty miserable in the past but I have moved away from all of that and am happy. I am married to my first love. We have had our problems but things are better now then ever. We are expanding our family and couldn't and haven't been happier.

No I'm not happy about 20 hours out of the day!!! I'm unhappy; but I deal with it. I have a son who I love very,very much but in a marriage that brings much sadness. I believe if I was closer to my friends and family I would be much happier!!!

The pursuit of happiness for me is a complex thing.. I think as far as marriage goes with my ex-ex we are batting about 75%. Could be better.. Kids change things we have two teens in the house with the headaches involved with a pre-pubescent female and a pubescent male in the house. Intimacy is a thing my wife and I have to steal as our house is a small one, and kids stay up late.. We have to be creatiive.

I am happy 99% of the time. The only thing that could make it any better is non stop sex with my hubby!

heck ya im happy....why wouldnt u be....just take alll the positives in ur life and make the most of them....and if there are negatives....why not learn why they r making ur life negative and instead focus on bringing them into positive or avoiding them the next time....and dont regret anything but learn from it....i believe thats why im soooo happy...
