If you are no longer together then you can make a magic potion out of his personal effects like this:
Go from room to room gathering all his things together. Make sure you don't overlook anything. Take everything downstairs and place it all in a pile on the kitchen floor. While you are doing this sing a happy little song to yourself.
Open one of your kitchen drawers and pull out a roll of rubbish bags. Black is the best colour. Snap off one of the bags and whoosh it open. Place everything that's in the pile into the rubbish bag and fasten it securely at the top. Lift up the bag and put it outside your front door. Then you must utter the magic words: "So long Sucker. I'm over you."
Then get on with your life.
Note: this spell works best when carried out on the day the binmen arrive.

Aww, how sad. A bitter, hateful and mentally disturbed woman, spurned by a seemingly very wise man. No WONDER he's your ex, woman, with such pathetic thoughts as that! Are you not ASHAMED to be expressing them in public!!? Eww.

You have some serious esteem issues.
Sort yourself out.

Tchok!
(not what you wanted to hear? Shame....)

I'm not saying this from a religious standpoint, but really - that's just plain evil. I'm not a wiccan, but I do believe that the evil you do comes back to haunt you.

If you want to create an effigy of him to destroy, or if you want to imagine him being tortured, miserable or whatever, that's fine. That's even healthy. But don't wish him ill.
