Here's the thing. I personally can't stand Paris Hilton - most of us can't so we are happy when this kind of thing happens for some reason. BUT, in reality, and I know there are kids on here who aren't old enough to drink. But, others over 21 -- who do party every so often, it is true that it doesn't take that much alcohol to get to a .08 and regardless of whether we say "never drink and drive" -- people do it all the time. All the people in the bars you see do not all have a designated driver - very seldom actually. So....someone is pulling out after at least a .08 BAC. The thing is, she just happened to get caught. Judges, cops, a lot of "higher up" people go out and have a cocktail or 2 with dinner or go to parties. The just haven't all gotten caught. She really wasn't "drunk" in a strict sense of the word. 2 drinks isn't going to impair your driving. She may have swerved for some other reason (we've all done that by accident before) --- she just happened to have a drink in her system. I'm not sticking up for her by this answer. I'm just being honest.

Ok so she is human, so she would be punished liked everyone else is. 4 days minimum in jail, has to take a MADD class, have her license suspended for 90 days, alcohol/drug abuse classes and 100 hours of community service. Nothing else. And if she gets cauht again- i say thorw those Whiskey Plates on her car and allow the cops to stop her whenever they want!

Just because your rich doesnt mean you should be above the law.

The exact same sentance a non-celebrity would get. A few days in jail, possibly forced to attend some kind of class and community servive. She should get the same punishment the rest of us would.

At minimum, the same as I got...although she can much better afford the fines, court costs, lawyer fees, reinstatement fees, fees for the 3-day DIP (which I had to miss work to do), and the increase in auto insurance premiums and definitely afford someone to chauffer her happy *** around during her suspension

she would get the exact same treatment and penalties as anyone else that was caught drunk driving. What makes her any better than anyone else??? Dont even mention the fact that shes rich as everyone knows that already.

Just like everyone else. Just wish she got that DWI in Williamson county Texas. Man, she would really be screwed!

Yes.. she shouldn't be any different than any other person who gets a DUI... maybe it will bring her over-inflated head and ego back down into this stratosphere.

I'd give her a few nights in jail then as much community service as possible.

The same as some everyday Joe. It's her own fault that her skinny *** didn't eat anything all day. Anyways I think one drink is BS, stupid slutty trust fund sluts do stupid slutty trust fund slutty things.
