i am pear shaped, but im really tiny. im especially tiny in my upper body, but i exercise, i dont eat a lot and my lower body is still big. help!

Do hindu squats and if possible jump squats!!!

You dont need any weights.... and you can do them anywhere!!!

I know its on a wrestling site.... but they are good excercises!!!

Often exercises that tones and targets the hips and bottom area can help a bit, but not too much, as this will build muscle.
