Yes, contact their distribution line and get them to give you the # of the editors. Use a threating tone.

For $50 mondo will provide the names of all of the contacts at the major L.A. media.

If you go to your library, there should be a "Media Yellow Book" that lists the names of the section editors for each of the major media. Make sure you get the most recent book though, because these people change jobs routinely.
