I would consider sperm donation, the sperm is screened so you know it's healthy, you can usually choose the donar sperm by reading a profile of the donar including medical history and background and even intelligence. also the guy has already signed a form to say he has no parental rights. this is the safest and most sensible option, remember as a woman anytime you have unsafe sex with a man you're taking a risk, plus as you're gay and if you haven't had sex with a man you don't even need a smear until after any baby is born, why spoil a good thing?

As someone closely involved in the same situation i know exactly how hard it can be not only on you and your partner but an all the people around you. And if you cant even stick with your gf without cheating on her then taking this next step will be far too much commitment for you and a HUGE mistake.

Get IVF or the father may want a say in how the child is brought up....but more importantly, how long have you been together ? If itrs less than 5 years then frankly you're fooling yourselves. You are creating a life & that new person should be able to expect stability.

Do you have any single male friends, and explain the situation
make sure you like their build and face, as the baby will have their genes. I do not think he would mind too much, free sex

Or
have him ejaculate into a sterile clean syringe, without the needle (NO NEEDLE ON THE SYRINGE), then insert the syringe into your vagina again make sure you remove the needle and dispose of it, (remember NO needle), this will be dangerous, and squirt the semen deep into your vagina, keep your pelvis elevated, giving the sperm a chance to flow into the uterus.
