Route 66 where I got my kicks back in 56 while cheering for the Nicks past the river Styx trying to pick up chicks.

I think that would be 40 and 80 they go coast to coast, west to east. But 66 winds around so it may be the longest.

The answer is I-80 which runs from somewhere in New Jersey (I believe it's trenton) to San Fransisco.
