There are lots of people who do. Nearly every TV or Movie star who has a degree could make your list (Lots don't have degrees, and some have degrees in drama )

Ashton Kutcher, believe it or not, has a degree in biomedical engineering from Iowa State.

Maria Bello has a degree in Political Science from Villanova.

Bill Cosby has an EdD from UMass.

Look through the IMDB and you will find dozens.

There are others. Lots of politicians have degrees in areas other than political science or law. Jimmy Carter has a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Naval Academy. Bush has an MBA from Harvard.

Literature is another area that may interest you. JK Rowling has a degree in French and Classics. Hermann Hesse had a degree in mathematics.
