I have all 3 and then some. And I have yet to hear someone tell me that I would appear more attractive without any of them. So if there are people who think so, it would tell me a lot more about them than I would care to know. And- I don't really value that sort of opinion anyway.
I am I.
But to answer your question, I think just the opposite. These are all unique qualities that bear an individualism that I can identify with well. They're easily associated with personality and character traits and reflect on them accordingly- which has typically been a positive thing. Overall, I would say "more attractive".

No...It's what make a person unique and interesting. I don't have freckles though....I have scars and birthmarks though

Freckles make one look like an angel
Scars make one look sexy
Birthmarks make one look ... well, birthmarks ... they are sometimes hidden, but if you can spot one on someone, I guess, they make one look sexy too !

No, I think they add character. I know of a girl who lives near me who has a huge birthmark all over one side of her face and she is so so pretty!

sometimes i knew a girl n school who had a large birthmark over half of her face but she had a very good outlook on everything and everyone was nice to her but i could imagine what it was like after leaving school and meetin new people.

HELLNO!!! I love women with freckles. everytime I see one I want to see them all!!!! scars ain't that bad either or even birthmarks

omg i have freckles and i used to hate them! i guess you just get over it eventually. i do have acne scars on my chin, and i read in a magazine that there's some kind of cream you can put on scars and freckles to make them dissappear.
