How badly do you need the money? If the money would make a really big difference in your life, like getting our of debt or being able to buy that first house, maybe. But kids are more precious than money, and they are only young once. You will be amazed how soon they are replaced by teenagers and adults. So, don't forgo spending time with them now for anything less than real need.

Can you discuss this with your family??? Getting their thoughts would really help you. OR Make a list of pro and cons. There are other jobs out there that will also give you a pay increase and not keep you away from your kids so much!!

Sorry, my answer is no. A pay increase is not worth not seeing your kids that much during the day.

if you have a great husband to take care of your kids yes take the job. If you are single and the kids are with none other than family then no ..don't take the job. YOur time with you kids are very important...nothing can replace that.
