If so, were you looking through a photo album in the footage?

Been on a few times. I'm involved in rescue work and have sometimes been asked to comment on the work we're involved in or the rescues carried out.

Most recently was in connection with the bombings in London. I submitted an article to a BBC website and got an e-mail back asking if they could phone me to appear on a live phone in TV show. After that I got a phone call asking if they could film me for another show. The first one I only ever got to watch online and the second one I've never seen at all.

Never anything to do with looking through a photo album tho'.

Yes, once, when I lived in South Carolina, I was travelling to NY by bus, and an analyst interviewed me for a piece on why people choose the bus rather than flying, and later that night I got calls from about 3 or 4 friends saying that they saw me on tv. I also once had a column that I wrote published by a local newspaper. : )

Yes. I was interviewed as an event planner on planning weddings. I was not looking through a photo album.

Lots of times, and am also in stock footage used in various Discovery channel programs. I catch myself on TV from time to time in this way, unrelated to anything I have ever really done.

I quit keeping copies of the videos some time back, and don't collect newspapers with my name in it, but do collect magazines where I am the lead article.

Yes - I was interviewed on Border TV after my company donated a computer to a local charity. I simply delivered the PC but had to do the interview. A bit of a surprise, but I coped.

Yes twice. But nothing glamorous. First time was after I returned from Desert Storm. Pretty cools stuff, other time was during a fest in our town. Local news asked my favorite part.

Like I said, nothing glamorous.

funny you should ask that. we just had a sicko here in Maine brutally kill 4 people and chop them up last week and today outside my work window I had 3 news teams filiming. I opened up my window to see what was going on and saw the camera filming (next door to my office is the lawyer defending him), so I waved hi to the camera man and he had waved back. I will check out the news later on tonight.

Sort of. I went on an Arthritis telethon to present a check from my company and part of that was shown on local news in Connecticut.
