Well since it's a daycare, you could say you love taking care of children and feel you would be a good teacher, supervisor, etc (whatever it is they do at daycares) for the children. If you've babysat in the past or worked at a previous daycare or even school you can put those down as recommendations.

Hi, have worked in many jobs with Charities and Social Services and they all have this question, you could put something along these lines:-
" I love being with people and working with them and to work in employment where I feel I am actually helping to make someone's life better would give me the ultimate in job satisfaction"

Are you planning on being a schoolteacher, pediatrician, or some other child-related profession? Mention that this would help in that future goal.
More or less, mention anything past or future that would be relevant to this job.
