yeah i have but ive also noticed that people who shop in walmart are from poor back grounds so i guess u are hence your question my poor love i suggest you get some more food stamps and then u can buy boots like these black people can and like the rest of the usa population who shop at walmart

To answer your question, I've never seen ANYONE buying work boots at Wal-Mart.
