I took Burleson in the 9th round as my fourth WR. I will impliment him as a bye week fill, or if I feel that my other 3 may have a rough week ahead. With Holt, Wayne, and Houshmandzadeh on my team- I think he will work in the mix often.
Look for him to have a great season with the Seahawks. With the injury-prone Darrell Jackson, and the departure of Joe Jurivicus- Burleson was brought in for a reason. Depending on how many WR you already have, I would look to play him each week- or simply rotate him through your lineup.

What's people's take on Nate Burleson? Reasonably talented, the move to Seattle bodes well.
Possible breakout season? Yes.
Worth the pick up in late rounds? Yes, around the 9th round or later.
Worth a starting spot if I need to start 3 WRs? Probably, but it depends on who your other WRs are.

Yes, he's worth picking up. The Seahawks have had a pretty effective offense. In fact, Hasselbeck is considered by some as the best QB in the NFC. The problem is that he's never had a really good WR.
Burleson will probably give Hasselbeck the best target he's had in Seattle. He's got good size to go along with his speed. His health has been a concern, but he's worth taking a chance on.

Nate Burleson is the man. The Seahawks knew his potential when they acquired him. He has great speed and is a great athlete. This season should be a breakout year for him. He is a solid 3rd option in any fantasy league.

do no longer initiate Washington with self assurance. he's no longer Hasselbeck's widespread purpose. in case you have had him all season like I even have you ever then comprehend what the craze is like and while he scores, that's in many cases while Locker is below midsection. He in no way follows up on a great interest so if I have been you i might elect Burleson. The Lions O looks like they are decrease back in extreme octane mode.

Yes...definitly worth a late round pick. A good backup - possible breakout - and depending on your situtation a possible #3 reciever.
Also look for Jerry Porter / A. Toomer / Roddy White as good late round picks

I got Burleson ranked #80 on the fantasy football big board (all position) so I would think 8th round for him.

The only thing I don't like about Burleson is the Vikings are likely to have a "dink and dunk" pass offense this year and not throw deep downfield very often. That's goint to limit big plays and TDs from their receivers.

I don't think he's worth a starting slot, but may be worth a late-round flyer, or a bye-week play if you play 3 WRs in a 12-team league or something.
I'm more interested in Troy Williamson, the other Vikings WR. I think he's got a lot more upside.

He's going to be a solid addition to the Hawks this year and should have a good year. I still don't think I would start him in a fantasy league though... not with the sure hands of Bobbie Engram and Darrell Jacksons return.
