is it true there is unpaid lottery on email subscribers?

i recieved 2 noticed that i won on a lottery draw, that it is confidential, and my winning numbers was based to my application number.

It is a scam. Trust me, I am very familar with those stupid lottery emails. Don't fall for it. If you won a lottery, they would NOT contact you thru email.

don't reply to those, just mark the message as a spam.
