Bear Share is a free download software you can download music free, just type in the name of the song or artist. You can even do a generic search by genre, just type in Arabic in the search field.

try your local library, they may have CDs, or if not, be able to order some for you from another branch. Try searching the internet first to get an idea of what's out there and some names of Artists, the poor Librarian might get a bit stuck otherwise.... good luck!
