I was served some cold slaw at Chic fil a the other day that was so bad, it was stringy like thick, melted marshmallows. It was rancid and awful! Glad I smell everything before I ever eat it!
I should sue them. I just got my money back. Maybe you should do the same. (Even thought you are just being rediculous, I seriously believe people sue for too many nonsence reasons and I am using you to express that.)
Lawyers have too much already... We don't want to encourage them or fatten their wallet's anymore than they already are do we?

You could'nt sue the seller cos milk is white, Try and sue the cow who provided it. But you'll have to prove you requested a specific colour and she done all that was possible to comply with your request. Can't wait to see what Judge Judy will make of you........and your picture scares me

If someone can be sued over the term "blackboard", I wouldn't think you'd have any problem suing the bigot who sold you white milk.
