I think so but i am from Texas but I think half the world let me change that 3/4 of the world doesn't. He gets all the flak because he is the leader and everyone thinks he makes all the decisions but he has to get opinions and even after a decision is made it has to b ok'd b 4 action can b taken he isn't doing it all by himself. he is n a tuff position.
