I hear the caffine is bad for you...i'm not a coffee fan anyhow. There is no depression here...I just feel overrun...I am going to see a doctor about possible sleep disorders. But i am wondering can i have a sleep disorder if i know i am sdleeping soundly for 8 hours a night?

First check with your doctor a Little blood work to see whats up but if you are okay some ppl might suggest coffee but then you get dependent on the caffeine look at what you eat you need to see if it gives you the energy you need to last you the day also work comes into play but hey i even get bored and tired at work sitting in front of a PC all day also try to exercise it builds your stamina and metabolism and gives you energy so eat right exercise and take care

Have you been checked for sleep apnea? I found out that I'm only getting about half the o2 I need. It's really simple to do the test and the results are amazing. Talk with your doctor.

i imagine the first question is what did the Dr try for on your blood? there are countless deficiencies that the body may have which aren't from now on evaluated in an FBT. in on the present time even as each body is scared to be contained in the solar there is an higher diet D deficiency in alot of people - that's needed that all of us get 10-15 minutes in direct solar each day for RDI of absorbtion. this isn't all we get from the solar - serotonin is something that all of us want and it is absorbed by our retinas and why we've a feeling of wellbeing after we are in a clearly properly lit room or we spend time on the coastline etc. digital mail me in case you may want to favor to inform me what your Dr examined you for, i'd be in a position that could actually help you further.

Hon, sounds like you might need to have some tests done at a sleep center to find out if you have any sleeping disorders. Could be as simple as your breathing. It could also be emotional, perhaps CFS...

Try a high protien diet with healthy cuts of meats of course! I did this and had tons of energy (lost weight too!)..when i slacked off from the diet I became tired again and so groggy( And gained weight back). It works for me now that i'm back on it!

Sobe! It's my lifeblood. Give it a try. It has ginseng, so it'll make you mentally sharp, too. And Holy Moly, what it does for your sex drive. I'm wittier, more energetic, happier, not at all drowsy, and an absolute love machine.
Try it!

I drink water throughout the day, which I was told keeps my blood sugar level balanced.
