I have a strict diet but sometimes I eat baritos once in a while and I would just eat half of the barito. Should I not worry about eating baritos once in a while?

Sure I would.
I've been on such strict diets that I would eat no extra fat. Everything had to be fat free, or just chicken, some fish, veggies, fruits...just as healthy and low fat as possible.
I went without chinese food for a long time and couldn't take it anymore.
Maybe it's that guilt feeling of breaking the diet. But I think it's important to have that extra special something maybe once a week just to satisfy that hunger for it.
I don't think it will make or break the diet. Go for it.

when dieting you cannot totally restrict yourself...it could cause more cheating. you should have a treat sparingly...eating half of a burrito is not gonna hurt you...good luck and have a thin day!

Sure! Go for it. But you might try making your own burrito from healthier ingredients that what is served up at the fast food places.

No, go ahead, girl, eat one once in awhile! It won't hurt. Just don't eat a lot and you'll be fine.
