well what about church.. sports activties.. friends of friends... parks... health clubs... book clubs... unfortunately the bars... which i dont recommended... i am glad to be out of my twenties.. being in my thirties works out so much better

That's a tough one. A lot of my friends I have made while in my twenties were roommates. After I lived with someone we became friends. Also, grad school, work, and through other friends. I think making friends in your twenties can be hard. If you can't make friends at work at you are miserable, you might want to think about changing jobs!
