Wouldnt that show on the results of the Pap test?

yes it should. I had an irregular one.....it wasn't cancer but it was at high rise of turning into it so there for it was removed.......

For most inter-uterine cancers, you would have an abnormal pap smear and your doctor would have you come back in for a retest. If that came back abnormal as well, then you would be referred to a specialist for more tests.
