Does anyone know where I can get a taxi meter?

I know this may be in the wrong category.
But, everyone in the Polls & Surveys are great people who know where to find the answer.

Everyone pays for gas in my car, but 1 daughter. She doesn't drive and she is the mother of my grandchildren. But, sometimes she takes advantage of this. I have asked many times for gas money, but that hadn't worked.
She was in a bad accident when she was 16 years old and scared to drive.
